Shipping, Fulfillment & Tracking / When I will get my Items?
Orders are usually processed and shipped out within 6-48 hours after order placement. Orders will be delivered within 2-6 days after shipment.
You can also reach out to our customer support desk at support@abigailboutique.com support to ask questions anytime. 

Incorrect Address. For orders shipped to the wrong address due to a customer inputting the incorrect address, the customer must cover the cost of ordering replacement items so please be extremely careful when entering your shipping address.


How Secure is your store?

Our store is powered by Shopify. Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. More than that, all store traffic is securely encrypted with SSL, Checkout the "Lock" symbol on the web address line, as well as our payments methods which are: PayPal & Shopify Payments(For credit cards).

I Ordered more than 1 item, and i have only received one item, why is that?
If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive.

I placed an order but i didn't receive a confirmation email... Whats going on? 
Please make sure your email is correct when you place an order. Kindly check your SPAM folder to see if your confirmation email was sent there.

My Discount Code did not work.
Only one discount per order. If you received a discount code by the spinning wheel or promotion you can't add 2 discounts together. eg 10% (spinning wheel discount) + 15% (buy more discount) does not add up to  25%, only the greater discount value will be applied to your order. If there is an issue where the discount is not applied to your order please contact us and we will refund the discounted amount ASAP     

Warranty, Exchange & Return Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

How to Claim Warranty

Message: "Order Number" Issue with your product, attached photos of your product if applicable.

We will get back to you as soon as we can and let you know if your product is approved for a warranty and the steps to follow.

 

Exchange and Replacement – the customer is eligible for exchanges within 10 days upon receipt of the package shown on the tracking number that we provide. Item/s must be unworn, unwashed, and must be in the original packaging. You may reach our email support on how we can better assist you.

Please be advised that you need to provide a tracking number for us to be able to process exchange and replacement.

Order cancellation – We can cancel the order as long as the item has not been shipped. 

Please be advised to return back the item within the time frame, we base dates on the tracking number. 

Be reminded that if you want an item exchange and/or refund please return back the item at our Return Mailing Address. Please email our support for further details.
